gods wretched children congregate on the sidewalks. their voices raised in a judgement song. like invasive pigs rapidly procreating. a legacy of shit they are passing along. ignorance and bigotry their children will inherit. theyld want to be aborted if they knew theyld have these parents. the so called "pro life" torchbearers are nothing but a fraud. creating reinforcements for the army of their god. cattle for their prod. a planet collapsing under weight it cant sustain. yet they sit there pointing the finger when its they who are to blame. they want to force us all to procreate so they can rear our children into their world of hate. leading them to die in the wars that they create.

Habituellement, j'écris mon commentaire dans la foulée une fois que j'ai terminé tel ou tel album mais là... J'ai vraiment besoin de quelques minutes, pour reprendre mes esprits. Parce que Serpent Column a totalement perdu le sien dans Endless Detainment. Cet E.P., c'est un cataclysme de black/death metal cacophonique et hystérique qui tient sur vingt-et-une minutes et qui ne s'arrête jamais — au point de s'achever avec un fade out. Tout tient ensemble grâce à un sens de la technique inhumain ! Jordan Vauvert

Dans Invicta, Theophonos reprend une formule qu'il maîtrise bien : un black metal furieux s'inspirant de thèmes antiques grecs qui aura vite fait de perdre la personne inattentive. Mais en même temps, il sait comment changer cette formule — et il ne fait vraiment pas semblant — puisque cet album est en grande partie instrumental. Theophonos, en vrai virtuose, a l'audace de créer une ouverture de 14 minutes qui passe comme un ouragan. Comme quoi, le titre de l'album ne ment pas : il est invaincu. Jordan Vauvert
